New features, mobile UI enhancements, big collaborations, community twitter threads & fun memes 🙊 The last two weeks at Huddle01 were quite eventful. Have a look 👀

We’ve had a lot of late nights in the middle of June 👀 But it’s all almost about to pay off!

From exciting partnerships and much-awaited features to hackathons, 1st ever community call and a new series called - Project Spotlight 💡, here's a quick bi-weekly recap of what’s been up at Huddle01 ⤵️

1. We’ve upgraded to WalletConnect v2.0, providing enhanced security and improved user experience when connecting to external wallets on web and mobile app.

2. We now have an active speaker indication feature to highlight the current speaker during audio and video sessions on both web and mobile app.

3. We’ve also added a feedback form at the end of calls on our mobile app to gather valuable input and enhance user experience. Download for iOS here.

4. The team has implemented a streaming icon to indicate when a live stream is in progress on the mobile app, providing better visibility for hosts and participants.

5. A new API - Live Meetings API, has been added to the Huddle01 SDK that lets you fetch live rooms in which people are currently present.

6. Huddle is now ready with its own Discord bot, powered via Collab.land which will allow Discord users to start a Huddle01 meeting, token-gated or otherwise directly from the platform with simple commands like:

   Look out for the official launch in July 1st Week 🗓

7. The team has also built an example Metaverse app with selective stream production and consumption, enabling you to leverage Huddle01 within your Metaverse application.

   Selective stream production allows you to choose specific peers to whom you want to send your stream, while selective stream consumption enables you to choose which peers’ streams you want to receive.

   Launching soon in July 👀

8. In the past two weeks the team has also fixed a few live streaming bugs and issues on the platform, and you can now enjoy a more seamless experience while using the feature.

1. Till date the Huddle01 platform has clocked in:

   a. 940K+ Minutes

   b. 50K+ Meetings

   c. 11K+ Wallet Users

2. 32 innovative projects were #BuiltOnHuddle01 during the ETHGlobal HackFS 21 day Hackathon. We’ve got some amazing use-cases like creator tools, social apps, eLearning and healthcare - the apps enhancing their user experience via live audio/video interactions.

3. The team is actively working on expanding to multiple chains. We’ll soon have Tezos chain support on the Huddle01 App with Beacon wallet - adding to the list of Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana.

1. We’re seeing steady growth on our Twitter platform and are now about to touch 13.7K 💪

2. We’ll soon be active on Lens as well - drop us a follow if you’re already there.

3. We Introduced a new series called ‘Huddle01 Project Spotlight’ where we showcase the incredible projects #BuiltOnHuddle01, dive deep into their problem statement, how they leverage Huddle01 and what are their future plans 🗺

4. We also hosted our very first ‘Community call’ and everyone got their flashy new POAPs. Watch out as we reveal the date for the next one soon 👀

5. The team is also super hyped about the launch of Audio Spaces feature on Buttrfly App - powered by Huddle01.

1. The team has completed development for crypto worker module, Wallet module, chain-handlers module and CLI which can be used to execute transactions such as transfer check balance in the node wallet.

2. We’ve implemented E2E incentive mechanism for our node.

3. Also implemented error handling and fixed bugs related to discovery, core, create modules and created a mechanism wherein the node address will remain same despite of node restarts.

4. We have also started writing test script to test the scalability of our network.

The shipping season continues at Huddle01 😎

July looks packed with an exciting features and upgrades ⤵️

1. Soon we’ll be launching Spotlight View for both web and mobile app.

2. Adding to our list of exciting features, we’ll soon have live streaming available on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn

3. Multi-streaming on 2 or more platforms like Twitch, YouTube, etc. will soon be a paid feature.

4. We will soon have media server cascading for better performance and reduced latency.
